Right of Withdrawal (EU)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this period. Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notification.

This right does not affect your statutory consumer protections.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs. This obligation is clearly disclosed prior to purchase and confirmed at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or valid proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Refunds include the original product price and standard delivery charges only. Premium or express delivery fees are non-refundable.

Inspection & Conditions

All returns are subject to inspection to confirm compliance with our return policy.
Refunds are approved only where items are returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in original condition, including all accessories and protective materials.

Where returned items show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature or function, a reduced refund may apply, in accordance with EU consumer law.
