Warranty & Authenticity Terms

Coverage

We provide a 12-month limited warranty on aftermarket components against:

• Plating defects (tarnish or peeling) under normal use

• Moissanite stone loss under normal wear

The base watch is an authentic Casio G-Shock sourced from authorised or verified retailers and remains covered by Casio’s applicable manufacturer warranty.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, impact, chemical exposure, or water exposure beyond the watch’s rated resistance

• Normal wear and tear, including abrasion from cleaning or impact

• Cosmetic changes caused by improper care

• Variations or grading characteristics consistent with supplier-issued certification

Conditions

Warranty claims require:

• Proof of purchase

• Clear photographic evidence of the issue *Excluding AI generated Images

• The product to remain intact and unmodified, including plating not removed or damaged by improper cleaning or treatment

This warranty does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Moissanite Certification Disclosure

Each moissanite stone is supplied with a GRA certificate issued by our supplier.
Certificate details may be verified through the official GRA verification system using the unique certificate code.

Eire Jewelz does not independently grade or certify stones.
Authenticity is warranted based on supplier documentation and material verification at the time of sourcing.

Customers are encouraged to independently verify certificate information for their own assurance.
