Product Authenticity

Each watch is based on an authentic Casio G-Shock sourced from authorized or verified retailers.
The bezel is an aftermarket enhancement set with certified moissanite stones and is not manufactured or endorsed by Casio.
Each moissanite stone is accompanied by a GRA certificate.

Warranty

Casio Components:
The original watch movement and electronics remain covered by Casio’s manufacturer warranty where applicable.

Aftermarket Components:
The bezel and stones are covered by our 12-month limited warranty against:

  • Stone loss under normal wear

  • Plating defects (tarnish or peeling)

  • Manufacturing or fit defects that affect normal use

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Exclusions

The aftermarket warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, chemical exposure, water exposure beyond the watch’s rating, or unauthorized repair or modification. Casio’s warranty does not apply to aftermarket parts.

Functional Guarantee

If the aftermarket bezel causes a functional issue with the watch, we will repair or replace the aftermarket component at no cost. A 30-day return applies to the aftermarket upgrade only.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU)

EU consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt by providing written notice. Returned items must be sent within 14 days of withdrawal.

Return Shipping

Return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are clearly disclosed prior to checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of return. Refunds include the product price and standard shipping fees only; premium or express shipping is non-refundable.

*All refunds are subject to inspection upon return. Refunds are issued once the item is verified to meet our return conditions. If the item does not comply, the refund may be reduced or declined in accordance with our return policy.

Inspection & Approval

All returns are inspected. Refunds are approved only if items are returned in original condition, unused, undamaged, and complete, including all accessories and protective materials.
